Graduated in Civil Engineering and Administration, with a Master‘s in Administration and Financial Management, and a Master‘s in Public Administration, Aláudio has dedicated his career in the management of large financial institutions where he held several positions, including Director at Banco da Amazônia and Chief Executive Officer of Banpará . In addition to these, the Director of the Faculty of Administration at UFPA and Coordinator of the Master‘s Course in Administration at the same institution, where he was a professor until 2013, also held the position.

Roberto is an IBGC Certified Counselor, has over 46 years of experience in the financial market and corporate management. In his professional trajectory, the positions of Secretary of Tourism of the State of Ceará, Chief Executive Officer of C3V Cia de Concessões em Circulação Veicular, Chairman of Dan Hebert S / A – Construtora e Incorporadora, Chief Executive Officer of EMGEA (Managing Company) stand out of Assets), Federal Government Superintendent of Grupo Santander Banespa and State Superintendent of Banco do Brasil, in addition to having participated in the career of numerous Boards such as the Administration, Tax, Deliberative, as well as Audit Committees.

He was Legal Advisor to the Public Services Regulation Agency of the State of Pará, Counselor of the Public Services Regulation Council of the State of Pará. At Banpará, he has held the positions of Chief of Civil Actions Sub-Nucleus, Head of Labor Actions Sub-Nucleus and Advisor to the Board. He was Counselor of the Bar Association of the Brazilian Sectional Pará.
Technology Director
Degree in Computer Science, with a postgraduate degree in Information and Technology MBA Governance in Business Management and Information Technology, Bruno has over 19 years of experience in information technology in the financial industry. At Banpará, he has held the positions of IT Consultant, Information Security Superintendent, Information Technology Superintendent, Head of IT Quality Nucleus and Advisor to the IT Directorate.
